Steven received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. He was a graduate of Frances M. Wood.

After high school Steven was employed at Jack Luskins for many years. When the store closed he became a "jack of all trades".

Steven was soft spoken and was well liked . He liked old school rap and music. He liked fishing and crabbing . Steven made many friends.

He leaves to mourn: parents, Alfred and Carolyn Davis; two sisters, Pamela and Iesha Davis; two brothers, Alfred Davis Jr. and Jonah Davis; one son, Avon Wilson; two grandsons, Isiah and Jeremiah Wilson; three aunts, Glendora Graham, Geraldine Warfield and Anna- belle Davis; two uncles, Alonza Davis and Willie Dixon. He also leaves to mourn a loving fiance, Letitia Johnson; devoted friends, Carlina Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and relatives Viewing Joseph H.
