Steven Christopher Marshall, the son of Charlie McCoy and the late Delores Ann Marshall was born on December 23, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland. Steven departed this life on June 4, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. after a lengthy illness. Steven received his education from the Baltimore City Public School system and was a graduated of Lake Clifton Senior High School. After high school, he worked for Saint Francis Xavier Head Start program with his sisters Sharon and Maxine Marshall. He also was a warehouse worker at Camden Yards. In 2000, he became employed at the Baltimore City Courthouse as an Abstractor. Wherever Steven was around, the event was filled with laughter, jokes and debates because he was a very straightforward person. He enjoyed watching sports, especially football and basketball. Steven interests included family, friends and shopping for the most fashionable footwear and clothing. He could accomplish anything he set his mind on, because Steven was wise beyond his years. Family and friends always confided in him because he gave them positive advice on how to manage their issues. Steven leaves to cherish his memories; daughter, Kyah Marshall; father, Charlie Marshall; brother Charles Joe Marshall; sister, Maxine Marshall; sister-in-law, Marie Marshall; niece LaKeysha Marshall; two nephews, Purcell and Joseph Marshall; nephew-in-law, Adrian Matthews Sr; two great-nephews, Adrian Matthew Jr. and Xavier Marshall; one great niece, two uncles, James Marshall and Eugene Summerville; aunt, Richie Summerville; godmother, Bessie Summerville and a host of other family and friends.
