Obituary

Mrs. Sylvia Ann Ausby, daughter of Audrey Curry and the late George

Curry Sr., was born on October 23, 1952 in the sunny State of California.

She suddenly departed this life to be with the Lord on May 17,2019.

Sylvia was born the eldest of six children and was preceded in death by

her father, George Sr., brother George Jr., sister, Gail and her husband,

Michael Ausby.

Sylvia graduated from Sparrows Point High School and worked at Beth-

lehem Steel Factory in the late 70's. She was an avid and firm believer in

her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

"Pug", as she was affectionately known, touched the hearts of everyone

she encountered, with her jokes and her signature, infectious laugh that

would make you laugh. She was an awesome cook and loved to clean,

water her plants, listen to her music and have a good ole time well spent

with her sisters. The love she possessed for her dear mother, siblings, son

and her grandchildren, was unquestionable. Sylvia would feed anyone

and give what she could, even if it was honesty because she was very

relatable if you needed to talk and she is and will forever be missed.

She leaves to mourn her untimely passing: mother, Audrey; son, Nathan-

iel Jr. (Wanda); sisters, Phyllis, Bernie, Kim; grandchildren, Nathaniel III

(Renice) Davonte, Denaija and Demaris; great-grandchildren, Abigail,

Gavyn, Leilani, Alyson and Shavonte; nieces, Tonyell, Letisha, Tiffany,

Stacey and Tia; nephews, Gregory, Robert, Tyrone and Gregory; a

special dear friend, Thomas and a host of other family and friends.
