Tammy Parnell, daughter of Leonard and Julia (Judy) Parnell, was born on August 16, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the second youngest of nine children. Tammy received her education in the Baltimore -'City public school system. She attended Carver Vocational High Schooi and she obtained her General Education Degree in 1983. Tammy lived her entire life in Baltimore. She was employed in various positions in and around the Baltimore area. Tammy received the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior in 2004. Shortly thereafter, she was baptized at the New Shiloh Baptist Church located in Baltimore, Maryland. Tammy truly loved the Lord. Tammy loved her children very much and they, in turn, loved her more. Tammy loved to laugh and she could find the humor in almost everything. Most recently it was spending time with her only grandchild, Khloey, who filled her with great joy and laughter. She delighted in family gatherings. Tammy also took pleasure in playing cards ... her favorite card game was tonk. Tammy was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 15, 2015. She leaves to mourn her passing three children; Clinton, Demetria and Gordon, her mother Julia, seven siblings; Calvin (Floritta), Daryl (Clarissa), Sharon (Gary), Aileen (Milton), Desiree, Craig and Tonya, her husband Vladimir Gueorguiev; four sisters in-law; Floritta (Rita) Parnell, Clarissa Parnell, Nadine Parnell and Mariana Lazarova and two brothers in-law Gary McClellan and Milton Young. Tammy was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Parnell, Sr. and her brother, Leonard (Chubby) Parnell, Jr. Tammy will be sorely missed by her large, close-knit and fun-loving family which includes a great host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
