One of three children, Tammy had a memorable chiidhood. growing
up in Catonsville, :A1ary{and and 1(anda{ {stown, 9vlaryCand where
she and her famiEy moved when she was 8 years ora. Tammy
enjoyed singing and dancing, and especially roved participatinq
as a majorette in the Catonsvilie 'Iunrlets and the 1(anda{ {stown
CheroRge 9vlarching Band. She traueled extensioeiy with these
groups and they 60th won numerous awards for their outstanding
performances. Tammy also prayed 6asRgt6a{ { and participated in
Community Outreach programs sponsored 6y the 1(anda{ {stown
