Tenkia Ann Matthews was born on Febuary 1, 1976 to Leonus Matthews and Donzell Williams in Baltimore, Maryland. On October 21, 2008 at 10:20 a.m., god suddenly, quietly, and peacefully called her home to be with him. Tenkia began her early education at Freetown Elementary School and later attended Meade High School where she graduated with the Class of 1994. Tenkia was previously employed at Burlington Coat Factory, Crestar Bank and Target. At the time of her death, she was employed with the US Postal Service in Linthicum, Maryland.
