Terence Rochelle Sampson, daughter of SHelen Sampson and the late sOscar Terry, was born on September 30, 1959 in Baltimore,Maryland. She departed this life on July 20, 2007. Rochelle, as she was affectionately known, received her education in Baltimore City public schools and Morgan State University. Rochelle loved reading, singing and making jokes. She loved to be the center of attention and everything had to be done her way or no way. In July 1999, She received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Rochelle made numerous friends whereever she went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her. She leaves to mourn; her mother, Helen Sampson; daugther, Bianca Watkins; son, Tyree Watts; five brothers, Ricky Oglesby, Michael Sampson, Minister Robert N. Sampson, Quentin Sampson, and Marvin L. Sampson who she precedes in death; two sisters Pastor Sylvia J. Matthews and Valerie L. Sampson; granddaughter, Keneah Byrd; very special aunt, Betty Terry; two sisters-in-law, Patricia Oglesby and Lizzie Sampson; aunt, uncles, cousin and a host of otber relatives and friends.
