Theodore R. Brown, Sr., son of the late John L. Brown and Bertha L. Brown, was born on October 27, 1927 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on March 7, 2008 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Upon his retirement in 1991 he was employed at Greenwood Acres Nursing Home. He was a member of the AA for twenty-four years. He was married to Lillian A. Brown and from this union three children were born, Barbara L. Brown, John R. Brown and Theodore R. Brown Jr. Teddy. Barbara is a very special child for Theodore. Barbara has been in the home of Mrs. Sarah Holmes since 1999. He took Barbara out every other weekend and holidays. Theodore loved his family and he loved his jazz. Left to cherish his memory are Barbara L. Brown, John R. Brown and Theodore R. Brown Jr. and a host of cousins and friends including very devoted companion and friend of eighteen years, Bernice Wheeler, Sarah Holmes Barbara's caregiver and many more friends.
