Theodore Rodney Clark, sonofRodney Clark and the late Sherese Fowler, was born in Baltimore, MarylandonMay 2, 1978. Teddy, as he was affectionately called had a loveofmusic and was always the lifeofthe party.

He received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools and in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Teddy attended Truck Driving school and obtained his CDL Class A license which secured his future. He drove for over a decade which allowed him to travel the country.

Teddy departed this life to join his motherSherese and other loved ones in heaven who he deeply loved. He leaves to mourn his father Rodney Clark, stepdad Jerome Ruffin, two beautiful daughters Kendsey and PeytonClark, three brothers James Ruffin, Jerone Ruffin, and Brandon Clark-Ross, two sisters Tia Miller and Tatiana Ruffin, and a hostofloving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many more family members and friends.
