THOMAS COLLINS, son of the late Joseph and Bernice Collins, was born on April 4, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on May 22, 2009 after a lengthy illness. He was educated in Baltimore City Public School System. He loved to draw and was a very gifted artist. At a very early age he became a handyman, a very helpful one at that. Thomas made numerous friends whenever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He was always a true friend anda devoted family man. He leaves to mourn:two brothers, Joesph Collins and Wheeler Collins;five sisters, Beatrice Collins, Burnetta Collins, Minnie Collins, Bernice Drumgoole and Marie Scott; one brother-in-law, Lewis Drumgoole;two sister-in-law, Cecelia Collins and MIchelle Collins;niece, nephews, and a host of other relative and friends.
