Thomas Jefferson Warren Iv, was born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 16, 1959 to his parents, Thomas Jefferson Warren III and Barbara Montgomery. Thomas was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. In 1977, he graduated from Northwestern High School. Shortly after, he enrolled in a computer training school. He worked various odd jobs before landing a position with the Baltimore City government. that career was abruptly cut short when Thomas fell from a tree at work and suffered a serious back injury. Once Thomas could no longer work, he dedicated his life with becoming his sick mother's primary caregiver. He loved his family very much. Although he never had kids of his own, Thomas treated his two nieces, Kindra and Ashley like they were his own daughters. He had a loving heart and never hesitated to help anyone. He loved to draw in his spare time and enjoyed telling his nieces stories of him as a child. Thomas leaves to mourn; his mother, Barbara Warren; one sister, Jeanette Carter; two nieces, Kindra Clay and Ashley Smith; one great-niece, Laila Clay; aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
