Thomasina Ireen Murray, daugther of Mrs. Ponnice Murray and Thomas Charles Murray, was born January 23, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on October 20, 2008 after a lengthy illness. She received her education in Baltimore public schools Douglass High School in Baltimore, Maryland. Thomasina was a loving and caring person. children were the highlight of her life, especially her grandkids. Thomasina was a warm, loving person with a heart of gold. She enjoyed playing cards and listening to all types of music, especially gospel music. She had a knack for knitting. Also, during her stay at Furture Care she enjoyed particating in plays. She enjoyed cooking, and one of her specialties was her famous potato salad. Thomasina was employed in the early nineties at Belmont Elmentary School as a custodian until her health failed. Thomasina then became a care provider for all the children in the neighborhood especially her families. She leaves to mourn; her mother, Mrs Ponnice Murray and her father, Mr. Charles Murray; her son Bryant Jackson; two sisters, Sheila Witherspoon and Rhonda Herring of Baltimore; brother, Anthony Herring of Baltimore; seven grandchildren, Eton, Keishae, Breyona, Keyonna, Hykem, Kymia and Malachi; goddaughter, Alicia Perry; two aunts, Eleanor freeman of New Jersey, Mae Harvey of Baltimore; four uncles, Joseph Ollie, Jerry and Roy all of Baltimore; and a special loving stepmother, Lucinda of Baltimore; and a host of nieces, neophews, cousins and friends. Sina also leaves a niece, Vonnice Felder the daughter she never had; and two longtime friends, Will and Fluffy. One son preceded her in death, Eton Dont'a Tanzymore Jr.
