Tiara Shaniece's Elliott, daughter of Terri Davis and Ephram Elliott was born on august 29, 1988 in Baltimore, Maryland. She suddenly departed this life on Friday, July 6, 2012. Tiara was educated in the Baltimore School System. Tiara was a beautiful woman inside and out. Tiara was a daredevil. She would try anything once. tiara was only 23 years old but she lived her life anything she wanted to do, she did it. Tiara was a very loving, caring, giving person. Tiara loved her sports, and she loved her two nieces and one nephew and they loved her. tiara and her sister Shamia were very close. Tiara was also pursuing her career goals, she was determined to make life good for her family. Tiara had a beautiful smile and brown eyes that would light up a room whenever she walked in. Now she will be in Heaven on her next journey. She leaves to cherish her memory; her parents, Terri Davis, and Ephram Elliott; one brother, Aaron Kenneth Jones, Jr.; one sister, Shamia Elliott; grandmother, Gloria Harris; grandfather, Russell Harris; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
