She became a Peer Recovery Coach and enrolled in Community Health Worker Training to assist, support, educate and combat stigma surrounding Sickle Cell Disease. Later on, she started her own awareness media platform and call line; "Kiss the Pain Away" for individuals in crisis.

Tiarra enjoyed spending time with her "Gammie" ......Running all over town shopping was pleasure to her.
She loved children. You could often find her babysitting large groups of children and taking them on outings. She found joy in life parenting two little girls as her own, Gabby and London.
She enjoyed interior design, crafts, flowers, doodling, paintings, fashion, hair, shopping, music and dancing. She loved taking photos, making videos and posting on social-media.
She created a bucket list of things to do such as cruises, road trips, flying and traveling. Tiarra checked off every item on the list.
Her smile, from a little girl, was contagious. A social butterfly, she had a way of bringing people together. Every moment pain free was well spent hanging out, enjoying kick-back parties and other gatherings with friends.
