Tony Lucas was born to the late Melvin and Julia Lucas in Baltimore, Maryland on October 14, 1956. He departed this life on July 26, 2021.

Tony affectionately known as "Uncle Tony" to everyone was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System.

Tony worked many years at the Neuamar Corporation and was self-employed until his health started to fail. He made his life's dedication to loving and caring for his children, grandchildren and everyone he came in contact with. He enjoyed people in general, he always brought joy and happiness. Tony enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends and was very outspoken. He also enjoyed life to the fullest.

Tony is now with the love of his life. He spoke of her often and he truly missed her.

Tony leaves to cherish his memory: four children Harold, Tony Jr. (Kea), Sherica and Toniece (Davon); twelve grand children Quamisha, Ja'marii, Tar'ja, Kodi, Kali, Jewel, McKenzie, Dallas, Tony, Peyton, Preston and Maya; one great granddaughter Aubrey; nine siblings; Melvin Jr., Teresha, Tammy, Lisa, Kathy, Andrew, Tucson, Maryann, and Leon; one special nephew Montrell; one special cousin Otis; two special friends Twin and Mark and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
