Obituary

Torres Lemonte Epps was born on June 30, 1963 in Baltimore, MD to

CPL Willie H. Epps Sf. (Ret. U.S. Army) and Mildred Louise Epps.

He transitioned from this life on June 24, 2019.

Torres attended Harford County Public Schools where he excelled as

an athlete in Track & Field and Football. Known in high school as

"Iceman" for his cool persona, he would often use the phrase "Stay

Chilly" as his motto. After high school he worked at Worthington Steel

and began his career as a forklift operator. Later in his career, he served

as a Supervisor for numerous warehouses.

Torres devoted much of his life to his family and friends. He was a very

loyal father, grandfather, brother, cousin and confidant to many. Torres

took pride in his appearance and was a loving cook, both acquired from

his father. An avid music lover, his collection of 80s-90s Hip Hop and

instrumental tracks were to be envied, as he always needed something

with a good beat. He managed to master the ability to be both the life

of the party and yet the humblest person in the room His willingness to

serve and help others continued as he shared his love, knowledge, and

experience as a youth football coach for several years with is son-in-law.

To cherish his memory are: his children, Cevina Evita Gamer (Emmit),

Chezare Isaiah (Sarah), Chayse William; three granddaughters, Sanaya,

Sophia & Samara; one grandson, Isaiah; three sisters, Donna, Cina

(Kevin), Charmaine (Adrian); five brothers, James (Brenda), Louise,

William "Tony" (Jessica), Terry, & Ivann; countless nieces & nephews,

cousins, extended family and friends.
