Troy Jermaine Fennell, Sr., son of Andre Fennell and the late Deborah Lilise Blue, was born on September 27, 1971 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on June 17, 2011. Troy was educated in the Baltimore Public School System. His religious training began at the Leadenhall Baptist Church, Rev. Eddie R. Wilson Jr., Pastor. Troy was loved by his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memory; a daughter, Monique Forrest; son Troy J. Fennell, Jr.; granddaughter, Amyiah Forrest; father, Andre Fennell; brother, Andre S. Fennell; sister Dawm blount; grandmother, Rose Blue; nieces, nephews, aunts uncles, cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
