Troy Lee Hallback Jrwas born February 15, 1970 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Ileen Bellamy and Troy HallBack, Sr.

"Peanuť as he was affectionally known as was called to heavens gates on January 23, 2021. He received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools.

He was well known over east Baltimore for his outgoing personality Peanut was an all-around mechanic if you needed help with your car he was there. He had a heart of gold but don't get him wrong. Troy is proceeded in death by his son Zachariah "Lee" Hallback and sister Teresa.

He leaves to mourn: his daughter Savina, a granddaughter, one brother Charles, three sisters Annette, Tennille, one aunt Barbara, one uncle James, and a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.
