Troy C. Hines, son of Agnes Hines Evans and late Lawrence Hines was born in 1969, and made his transition on October 15, 2011. Troy spent his childhood in Baltimore, County with Family and friends, He attended schools in the County and graduated from Randallstown High School. One of the most enjoyable pastime that Troy experienced was football; he played the sport as a youth and continues to be a loyal fan throughout his life. As the youngest of 5 children, Troy remained close to his mother, loved his siblings, and he had a special relationship with his older brother, the late Marc Hines. As a youth, Troy was diagnosed with an illness that he lived with for the rest of his life. Troy leaves to cherish his memory a devoted mother, Agnes Evans, three siblings, Angela Matthews, Lori Wynn, Jeffrey Hines, an uncle, Cleveland Haskins Jr. Laura Haskins several cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
