Troy Cornelius Odoms, better knon as ''Black'', the son of Mary Odems and the late James Vander Odoms Sr., was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 11, 1982. He departed this life on Saturday July 29, 2006. ''Black'' was preceded in death by his father, James Vander Odoms Sr. ''Black'' attended Francis M. Wood Sr. High School. ''Black'' loved working on electronics and marching in his band. ''Black'' played the drums in the Baltimore Rockers Marching Band. He also was in the EV Steppers and New Edition. He loved to play spades and hang with his friends. ''Black'' leaves behind: his mother, Mary Odoms; four brothers Anthony, James, Joey, and Chris; sister, Kimberly; two sisters-in-law, Pam and Adrienne; one brother-in-law, Danial; three nieces, Phoebe, Aja and Ariana; four nephews, Squirrel, Kenny, Chris, and Camren; three uncles, Buzz, Bo and Haywood; friend of the family, Brian Lee; a host of devoted family and friends including a very special ''sister,'' Sararicka a.k.a. Granny and ''brothers,'' Myron and Champ.
