Umika Monea Smith, better known as Mika and Rocc, was born on July 16, 1990 at University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland to amazing parents, Shirelle Powell and Anthony Smith. Umika attended Fed- eral Hill Elementary P.S. #45, Francis Scott Key P.S. #76, Western High School, where she graduated and later Bal- timore City Community College. Umika transcended from this life on May 23, 2015. Umika was known for her basketball skills, the love of music and dancing, her beautiful smile, and the ability to make funny jokes and laughter. The love of dancing re- sulted in frequent visits to various clubs to show off her dancing skills. Umika loved everyone's kids which gave her 100 children, giving birth to none. Umika leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Shirelle Powell; her father, Anthony Smith; three sisters, Shantalla, Shanetta, and Alante ': one brother, Jadan Lopez; two nieces, Nevaeh and Kelsiee; two nephews, Dante and Alex Jr.; five uncles, Jermaine, Eric, Derrick, Garcia, and Roosevelt; three aunts, Melissa, Doreen, and Tonya. Latia Bonaparte, a loving, devoted friend, was a special person in Umika's life, along with her children, which Umika loved and raised.
