Obituary

Ursula Angelica Jones-Fitzgerald, 52, departed this life peacefully at

her home Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, December 28,2019 with

her family by her side. She was born November 29, 1967 to Mrs.

Angela Jones-Curtis and the late Aaron Rogers.

Ursula entrusted her life in the hands of the Almighty God. She

accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and personal savior.

Ursula was educated in the Baltimore Public School Systems and

graduated from Walbrook High School in 1986. She continued her

education, received her Certified Nursing Certificate, and pursued her

career in the nursing field. Because of Ursula's passion, love, and

dedication for people, her employment history in Baltimore, Maryland

included: Lutheran Hospital, Caton Manor Nursing Home, and The

University of Maryland Hospital in which she held the position of a

Patient Care Technician for 19 years until her health declined.

Ursula was preceded in death by her Step-daughter Tashema, Aunt

Sandra Jones, Grandmother Shirley, Uncle Cornell and Father and

Mother-in-law; William and Ruby Fitzgerald and sister in-law Angela

F. Keller.

On December 25, 2007 Ursula joined in Holy Matrimony the love of

her life Mark Fitzgerald, Sr., and to this Union two children were born;

Mark Jr., and Martez Fitzgerald Sr.

Ursula loved to travel. She was family oriented. She loved to plan

family events at her home and invite family and friends. She would

feed the less fortunate people who lived on the streets outside of her

job. She adored her grandchildren and spent much time with them. To

know Ursula was to love her. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Ursula leaves to cherish her precious memories: her devoted husband,

Mark Fitzgerald Sr.; two sons, Mark Fitzgerald Jr., and Martez Sr. of

Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Mark and Henry; three sisters, Yolanda,

Angel, Angela, cousins, Mary and Eraina, all of Baltimore, MD;

brothers-in-law, Bill Jr. (Angie) of Capitol Heights, MD, Eric, Angelo,

and Bryant, all of Baltimore, MD; sisters-in-law, Shirley Temple

Wilson of Blackstone, VA, Gail Hill (Kevin) and Pamela Speights

(Mike), all of Baltimore MD; two grandchildren of whom she adored,
