Valerie Georgette Francis was born in Anne Arundel County,
Maryland on March 4, 1964, to George and Sadie Francis, both
who preceded her in death. Valerie peacefully transitioned from
life to eternal rest in Heaven with both her parents.
Valerie was Christened as a baby at the church that her parents
attended.
Valerie had an infectious smile, which then would make you
smile. Valerie always smiled when she recognized someone she
knew when they came to visit with her.
Valerie leaves to mourn, her sister Mildred (Eddie Taylor);
brother, Denver; nephews, Keith, Devron and Denver (Wally);
niece in-laws, Stacey and Nigel, great-nephews, Kalen, Khaliq,
and Chase, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
