Valerie Rebecca Strong, devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend was born to the Alice and Ulysses Strong on September 25, 1966. She transitioned from her earthly garden on Sunday, July 6, 2008. During the years of 1988 and 1993 Valerie became the proud mother of two sons. Valerie was educated in the Baltimore Public School Systems where she graduated from Douglas Senior High School in 1984. She continued her education through life experiences. At an early age, Valerie taught her sons how great sense of pride, love and concern for her sons. Valerie taught her sons how to be young men and the knowledge of being responsible and caring young men. Valerie began her workimg career as soon as she graduated high school until she began dialysis. She had the ability to master all positions at any job that she was asked to perform. Valerie was devoted to her mother, sons, sisters and brothers. Valerie will be remembered most warmly as a devoted mother to her two boys. Always giving them the best love she had to offer them, not allowing them to be without. No matter how old we are, losing a family member is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. Her goodness and caring will live on like a legacy of love that will always be with you. Valerie leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Arthurwawa McDaniels and Rodnell Snorty Wyatt; two sisters, Beverly Henderson and Joann Henderson; three brother, Titus Strong, Paul Strong and Mark Strong; one loving sister-in-law, LaTanya Johnson-Strong; sisters, Carolyn Strong, Elaine Carroll and brother Timothy Strong preceded her by death. She also leaves to cherish her memory, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
