Vernon Carpenter, son of late Lucille Lucas Carpenter was born Sep-
tember 18, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. Vernon departed his life on
December 27,2016 after a lengthy battle with heart problems.

Vernon received his education through Woodstock Job Corps Center.

After Job Corps Vernon had a long term stay with the Maryland Correc-
tional Institute.

Vernon found employment through the Baltimore City Construction Sites
as a flagger.

Vernon never had children but he considered his nieces his kids.

Vernon made a number of friends wherever he went and will sincerely be
missed.

Vernon leaves to mourn: brother, William Carpenter; two sisters, Doretha
Carpenter and Marcy Carpenter; three nieces, Sophia Carpenter, Shalea
Freeland and Christina and a host of nephews.
