Victor Emanuel Banks, Sr., son of the late Carl Hill and Bertha Walker was born on December 14, 1954, in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly from a short term illness. Victor graduated from Dunbar High School in 1972. Victor made numerous friends and was known by many. He worked as a jack driver at Allen Foods for several years. He loved family gatherings, to entertain, playing spades, and he loved clothes and hats. Victor had a good sense of humor; he always had a joke or two. He always knew just what to say to put a smile on your face. Victor loved movies and music. He was a BIG RAVENS fan. He named his dog after the Ravens (Rayven). Victor was affectionately known at home as "Superman". He leaves to cherish his memory: Best friend (35 years) and wife, Valerie; mother Bertha Walker; one brother Cedric; two children Victor, Jr. and Victor III; two step-children Darius and Donielle; eight grand-children Kyiesha, Davonte, Cameron, Victor, Victor III, Demontaz, Tyonna, and Viciera; five great grand-children Samitha, Samia, Victor , Jordan, and Kortez; two nephews Ronald and Maurice; two nieces Nieasha, and Angela; a host of Family and Friends.
