Minister Victoria M. Leah, daughter of the late David O. and Frances S. Jackson, was born June 20, 1931 in Hanover County, Virginia., She departed this life on July 16, 2007, after a lengthy illness. Victoria leaves behind to mourn: Her last sister, the Reverend Elizabeth D. Griffin Henry from Richmond, Virginia; three daughters, Mildred D.Jackson of New York, Doris W. Jackson of Richmand, Virginia and Mercedes L. Henderson of Perry Hall, Maryland; devoted friend, Austin Jarvis of Brooklyn, New York; stepdaughter, Yvonne H. Suber of Rosedale,New York; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of great-grat grandchildren, nieces nephews and friends. Victoria also leaves her church family Deeper Life Christian Fellowship of Jamaica, New York, Pastor Marilyn F. Crown.
