Victoria Dorothy Lyle, daughter of the late Ellwood
Lyle and Dorothy Granger, was born on March 14, 1965
in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on
November 29,2018.

She received her education in the Baltimore City
Public School System graduating from Southwestern
Senior High in 1983. She worked at Broadway Services as
a parking attendant supervisor. Prior to a brief illness she
worked at Sam's Club in Owings Mills for many years and
Shopper's Food Market.

Victoria, affectionately called Vickie, was a good
mother and grandmother. She made friends no matter
where she went. She was a giving person who would go
beyond the call of duty. She gave so much of herself,
despite her sometimes being in too much pain from being
tired of work or anything else she was doing. Her She really
enjoyed the family business and helping out at Cakes By
Cynthia. Her favorite pastime was watching television,
spending time with her family and church.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an
early age. She rededicated herself in 2016 at Shiloh
Christian Community Church. She was an active member
and served on the Women's Ministry until her illness
prevented her from attendance.

Victoria leaves to cherish her memory: her mother,
Dorothy Granger; her sisters, Karen and Wanda; her
brother, Ellwood; her children Earl Carr III, (Cynthia
Knox), Antwane Rogers, Chezel Rogers (daughter in law)
and Danta Ringgold; her grandchildren Tae'Ja Carr,
Kailiyah Rogers and Earl Carr IV; two nieces Dawanda and
Tawanda Gordon; two nephews Michael Jordan, and John
Lyle; and a devoted friend in Wendell Shannon who is left
with a lifetime of memories. She also leaves to mourn
aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and
friends.
