Vincent C. Wheeler, son and 8th child of the late Clara
and Leonard Wheeler. Vincent was born on August 13, 1959
in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on May 31, 2018
after a lengthy illness.

After high school (even then battling this illness) he was
determined to get his diploma. He worked at City Hall
Recreation Department and as a maintenance worker at
different companies and stores.

Vincent never married or had children but considered his
nieces and nephews as his children, particularly two he
helped to raise from babies, Vincent called them Delf & Tay
(Delphine & Tavon). He continued to be very close to and
guided Tavon until his illness.

Vincent was so well liked by many people, he loved talking
to people and they to him. He made friends very easily, no
matter where he was or who they were. I believe before he
left us he knew how much we loved him and how very much
he will be missed.

He leaves to mourn: three sisters, Jacqueline Anderson,
Clarene Clinton and Deborah Wheeler; two brothers,
John Wheeler and Warren Wheeler; a host
of loving nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends.
