After a brief and valiant fight, Viola Elizabeth McPherson peacefully

transitioned at her home, on Friday, February 4, 2022. She was one of ten

children born on July 18, 1928, in Forest, Virginia.

Viola spent much of her life in Baltimore, Maryland. She served thirty years

in various government positions. She was known for her fashion sense and

the gift of hospitality. She was very active in her church homes, serving on

various committees throughout her life.

She leaves to celebrate her life: devoted sons, Carl "Billy" (Kim), Alphonso

(Cegies), Joseph "Tony", and Jon (Tammy); grandchildren, Nicholas, Milan,

Samuel (Stacia), Jon, Jr ,Talia,McKenzie (Spencer) and Shaniya; great-

grandchildren, Jabre, Benjamin, Sydnee, Samir, Elliott, and Easton; sister

and best friend, Rosa, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and

extended family along with a vast number of special kinships.
