Virginia Annette Lundy, daughter of the late Mack and Essie Turner, was born in Reynolds Georgia on May 6, 1944. Virginia was called to her eternal rest after a lengthy illness on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Virginia came to Baltimore as a young girl, and was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. Virginia gave birth to her one and only child, Vondra Annette Turner, to whom she loved dearly. She met Lloyd Lundy, Jr. in 1969 and they were joined in marriage on April 17, 1993. They enjoyed traveling together to visit family in Georgia and Virginia. She was a hard working woman that worked numerous jobs. She retired from the Center Club after eighteen years, due to illness. Virginia enjoyed shopping, talking and spending time with her family. She definitely believed in living life her way. She believed that her life would be living in vane if she was not able to help someone. She was loving and generous, to all that knew her. Virginia is loved by her family and many friends, and will sincerely be missed. Virginia Annette Lundy's legacy is cherished and remembered by her husband Lloyd Lundy, Jr.; daughter Vondra Annette Turner; one sister Doris Wright; Three grandchildren: Anika Turner, Tayvon & William Hawkins; four great-grandchildren: Tyrin, Donteya, Mya and Nia, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
