Wanda L. Mensah, daughter of Nancy Young and James Strong, was born os September 20, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on September 23, 2006 after a lengthy illness. She recevied her education at Baltimore City public schools. At the age of nineteen she joined the work force and continued until her illness stepped in. She later married Randolph Allen. Wanda made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her. She was always a true and outspoken friend. She leaves to mourn: mother, Nancy Young; stepfather, Issac Young; husband, Randolph Allen; one son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Robin Straiten; one daughter, Yolanda Savoy; two brothers, Ronald Jones and Walter Jones; four grandchildren, Ashley Howard, Joshua Savoy, Justin Savoy and Jada Savoy; great grandmother, Ivory Perry; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
