WANDA SMITH, daughter of Hilda McDuffie and the late Milton Smith was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 24, 1962 She departed this life on December 12, 2013. Wanda received her education from Baltimore City public schools. She graduated from Patterson High in June 1980. She went on to attend Bell and Howell College in Ohio. She also attended Strayer Business School. Wanda was a electronic genius. She created surround sound in our home before surround sound was commercially sold in stores. She also had a gift infatuating the system. She was giving and kind to those in need and very blunt. She kept it clean. She leaves to cherish: one daughter, Tiffany Dickerson; one grandfather, John Butler; one grandson, Marquise Harris; two sisters, Phyllis Smith and Catherine McDuffie; one niece, Briana Brown; one son-in-law, Reginald Harris; one dear friend, Hubert Dickerson; and her loving devoted mother, Hilda McDuffie; and a host of family and friend.
