Wanda Michelle Williams, was born on January 2, 1965 to
the late Fannie L. Williams and Earl Williams Sr . She was one
of three children . Preceding her and death brother
Darryl E . Williams and stepfather , Melvin Williams. Wanda
transition e d her life on September 11, 2018
after a lengthy illness and stayed in the hospital.

She attended Baltimore City Public Schools. Wanda
worked several jobs in fast food and cleaning services.

Later down the line she married Russell Francis but the
union ended .

Wanda gave her life to Christ in 2017 at Life Source Church.

Wanda was known to many as Woo Woo. She met people
everywher e she went. She loved to dance (but reall y couldn't)
but gave it her all. She lov e d to be the center of attention.

Wanda ne v er had an y children but sh e lov e d her nieces , neph e ws ,
great - nieces and nephews. She loved to always make them eat.

Her memories will be cherished by: her brother, Earl Williams
(Manni e ); sister - in-law, Mary Williams (Ellie or Boo , as sh e called her);
three nieces, Fanntay Williams (Lynne) , Shan ita Williams (Nita)
and Tierra Williams (LaLa); three nephews, Earl Williams IIL (Dink) ,
Darryl Williams (Nook); three great nieces , Jamayah, Jailah , and
Joleah; four great nephews , Lil Mannie , Michael, Mehki and Xavier ;
four aunts, Gussie Goodman , Brenda Cox , Diane White and
Doretha Dorrah ; one uncle , George Goodman, one god sister,
Nikkia Brown; long time love , Allen Maldonado (Ali) and a host
of famil y and friends .
