On Thursday, September 9, 2015 the almighty God in His infinite wisdom closed the eyes of our beloved Wayne Gibbs one last time and he entered into eternal rest. Wayne was the son of the late Samuel and the late Florence Hines Gibbs born on October 6, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Wayne was employed at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company from 1980 to 2001, where he retired. Wayne attended andfound God at Agape Ministries. He loved the Lord. Wayne had a bright, beautiful smile and a spirit to match. Wayne would just walk up to anyone and just start a conversation. He was a very kind, friendly, and gentle spirit who was loved by his family and friends. Everyone who knew Wayne will definitely miss him. Those Wayne leaves to cherish his memory are his wife, Stephanie Gibbs; two sons, Wayne Gibbs Jr. and Agin Hasan; one daughter, Nadia Gibbs; five grandchildren, Winter Gibbs, Jayden Gibbs, Whiteny Gibbs, Devin Gibbs and Mesda Gibbs; two brothers, Samuel Gibbs and David Gibbs (sister-in-law, Katherine); two sisters, Shirley Hewitt Lewis and Adrena Newman; two brothers-in-law, Richard Lewis and James Newman; also a longtime friend, Gloria Webb as well as a host of many other loving relatives and friends.
