Wayne Ometri Johnson, affectionately known as Bo, son of Claud and
Elizabeth Johnson was born on January 25, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland.
He departed this life on February 13, 2016 after a lengthy illness.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School
System. Wayne worked in landscaping and home improvement. He
joined the Army National Guard of Maryland in 1973 and remained in
the Guard until 1979, where he received commendations for his skill
with the M-16 Rifle. In 2013, he was inducted in the VFW Post #19.

He married Mildred Ruffin September 4,2013. The two jumped the
broom in Louisburg, North Carolina on September 7, 2013.

Wayne loved music and singing. He played drums, piano and bass
guitar.

He leaves to cherish loving memories; his wife, Mildred; sons, Wayne
Jr., Sterling, and Ditanyan; fourteen grandchildren, one brother,
Dwight; four sisters, Elizabeth, Claudietta, Robinn, and Yolanda, and
