IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Wayne
Lee
May 17, 1964 – April 22, 2018
Oh God thank you for giving me life. Born on May 17,1964. You en-
trusted me to my wonderful parents, Vernal N. Lee and the late Donna
Scott Lee, who supported me all the days of my life. Born in Augusta,
GA but I am grateful that you saw fit to make Baltimore, MD my home.
However, today I realize that there is no better home than being home
with you. On Apri122, 2018 you called me home. I can now rejoice for
you have decided to end all pain and sorrow.
Thank you God for my education, which I received through the
Baltimore City Public School System. Thank you for the skills that you
afforded me to work as a handyman in various places of employment
such as the hardware store, the glass company and my own car wash.
Thank you God for all the years you allowed me to express myself
through my sense of humor and style of dress. My endless stories
brought smiles and laughter to others. My sense of style with color coor-
dinated wrinkle free attire allowed me to be noticed by people from all
walks of life. My standout demeanor afforded me many opportunities to
make friends that enjoyed being in my company.
Thank you God for blessing me with a wonderful family. You blessed
me with three children. My oldest child, Tiffany, whom I called Pooh.
My only son, Damon, whom I called Hamma and my baby girl Crystal,
whom I called Yooda. Each of them meant so much to me. They made
me such a proud father. Fatherhood wasn't always easy but I grew to
become better each year, Thank you God for allowing me to be apart of
Crystal's college send off. I wore Coppin State attire as a proud father.
Thank you God for blessing me with two beautiful granddaughters,
Tyjia and Ty1ah. Not only was I able to be a proud father but a proud
grandfather as well. To God be the glory. Thank you God for my first
wife, Jacqueline, the mother of my two oldest children. Thank you God
for my life long partner, Kathaleen, whom I loved and stayed by my side
until my last days.
Now God please watch over my family. Take care of my father, Vernal.
Please keep my wife, Katha1een. Bless my children Tiffany (Tyrone),
Damon and Crystal. Please keep your hand upon my granddaughters
Tyjia and Ty1ah. Please continue to bless my grandmother, Rose Lee.
Please keep my sisters Nina Williams and Denine Spann. God touch
everyone that I came in contact with, my aunts, uncles, cousins, other
relatives and friends. Now may the Lord watch between me and thee
while we are absent from one another. In Jesus name. Amen
