Wilbur St. Leon Wilkins Jr., son of the late Wilbur St. Leon Wilkins Sr. and Annie Ruth Wilkins, Wilbur St. Leon Wilkins Jr. was born on April 8, 1942 in Baltimore Maryland. He transitioned home on February 5, 2014. Wilbur received his education within the Baltimore County Public School System in Baltimore, Maryland. Wilbur was a servant in the United Sates Vietnamese War. Shortly after returning home he married his love Rochelle Evette Milburn and bared two children. Wilbur worked a variety of factor jobs throughout the Baltimore City and County areas. Wilbur was lovingly known as "Bubba ", "Will", "Junior" and/or "String Bean". He was a lover of the outdoors, as he enjoyed the hobby of fishing and crabbing. He was a lover of music and he loved quartet singing. He had many friends and he loved his family. If you needed him he would be right there at your side to assist. Wilbur was preceded in death by his loving wife, Rochelle; his father, Wilbur Sr.; his mother, Annie Ruth, and his brother, Anthony. He leaves to cherish his memories: his four children, Charlotte Dawson, Wilbur Wilkins III, Shakita Wilkins and Michael McGowan; his grandchildren, Devonte Wilkins, Katelyn Ware, and Jordan Locklear; his son-in-law, Stacy Dawson; his daughter-in-law, Rosalind Wilkins; one brother, Terry Wilkins; four sisters, Novella Matthews, Victorine Ravenell, Cynthia Day and Paula Wilkins; two brothers-in-law, Charles Ravenell and Bernard Day; one sister-in-law, Virginia Wilkins; two longtime devoted friends, Gene McMorris and Warren Beatty, several aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.
