Wilhelmina B. Chester, daughter of Mr.and Mrs. Carpenter was born to them on June 3, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on September 1, 2006. She received her education at Dunbar High School. She also received her B.A. Degree in Business at CCB. Her last known job was at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Billing Department where she worked for many years as a fulltime employee. She made many friends working at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1983 to 1988. She was a kind and loving person and will be sincerely missed. She leaves to mourn; her husband, Clarence S. Chester; son, Kyle A. Artist; daughter, Alonna N. Pinkney, and a host of relatives and friends.
