Obituary

wtlliam FnmcisOtstis,}1; ~ectionately known as HARDROCK was born on
Thursday, November 4,1965 to Diane Lee and the late WiHiam BUTCH Custis, Sr.
He was raised by JoanJohnson (AUNT MARTHA) and Uncles Robert Walker and the
late charles Walker. HARDROCK slipped away quietly on Wednesday, December 5, 2018
at Gilchrist Hospice, Towson, Maryland.

He received his formal education in the Baltimore City public Schools and was
projicient in HVAC installation.

HARDROCK loved music, dancing and drawing. Most importantly, HARDROCK loved to
eat! He loved 1ge and lived each of his days to the _fUHest and lived 1ge his way.
HARDROCK practiced the Muslim foith and attended services at the local Masjid.
When HARDROCK had suffered long enough, he jinished his course and jinished
his
1ge's journey just the way he wanted; his way.

"And two shall become one." HARDROCK found and married the late
Sharron Custis. There were no childrenfrom this

union.

HARDROCK leaves to cherish his memory, his son, William F. Custis lll, two brothers,
Larry and Nikki ;four sisters, Sheila, Roxann, Desmona and Wynsdi, mother, Diane Lee,
Aunt Martha, Uncle Robert. ln addition to biological siblings, HARDROCK was blessed with
two SlSTERlCOUS1NS,Joyce and Jackie, one BROTHERlCOUSlN, Maurice and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends for too numerous to mention,
