William Daniel Hayes Jr. was born January 8,1949 in Baltimore,
Maryland son of the late Ella and William Hayes Sr .

William attended Baltimore City Pubic Schools . He worked
numerous jobs until his retirement from the world famous
Lexington Market. After retirement William couldn ' t set sill
so he decided to work with his nephew (Antwain Banks).

William was affectionately known as Will, Pop and Granddaddy .
Will enjoyed spending time and taking care his great grandson,
Noah Bear . William also loved spending as much time as he could
with his family and friends. If you every visited William he wasn ' t
far away from a mop , broom, or rag.

William departed this life peacefully to be with the Lord on
Saturday, May 19,2018 at 3:15 p.m. after a brief illness.

William Hayes JR proceeds in death mother Ella Hayes ; father,
William Hayes Sr.; his devoted partner , of 50 year Merle Spence,
1 sister and 6 brothers .

William leaves behind three children, Tyrone Hayes,
Latonya Spence and Vandella Hayes; nine granddad
children, Latanya, Lavonta, Latoya, Cory, Deion, Shaheed,
Randy, Morgan and Tyrone Jr. ; five great grand , five siblings,
Janice Spence, Valiere Hayes, Veron Hayes, Darryl Hayes

and Vonzella Myles. William also leaves behind a host of aunts,
uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins , and many of friends.
