William Edward Miller, son of the late Louellen and Robert Miller was born on February 27, 1938 in Eastern Shore, Maryland. William was the only child. He departed this life on June 3, 2014. William received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He was employed by the R.R.S. Construction Company until he retired. William married Ruth Catherine Tate and out of this union four children were born, James, Darlene, Charlene and the late Ruth Angela Miller and one stepson, the late William Gary Tolson. William made numerous friends wherever he went. He will truly be missed because everyone that knew him loved him. William enjoyed sports, dancing, family events and most of all spending time with his wife. He was a devoted family man. He leaves-to mourn: his wife, Ruth Catherine Miller; one son, James E. Miller; two daughters, Charlene Miller- Mattison and Darlene Miller-Harrison; two sons-in-law, Jonathan D. Mattison, Sr. and Michael A. Harrison, Sr.; two sisters-in-law, Lillian A. Gibson and Shirley Smith; thirteen grandchildren and twenty seven great grandchildren, one being the late Tiffany R. Smith and a host of other devoted relatives and friends. Viewing Joseph H.
