William Austin Mullins the youngest son of the late James and Bessie Mullins, was born February 5, 1933 in Baltimore, MD. He suddenly departed this life on Thursday, May 31, 2018. William received his education in the BaltimoreCity Public School System and later joined- the Army.He was stationed in Korean as a Private E-1. While
serving his country he received three (3Bronze Star Medals for United Nations Services, National Defense Service and Good Conduct. He received and honorable discharge and returned home to the United States.

William also known as Bill met the love of his
life, Sarah Lee Benson and was a devoted companion and father.
.Bill was employed with Bethlehem Steel for
several years until his retirement and became self
employed with his brother, Norman, in Real Estate and
operating Mullins Mini Mart for nineteen (19) years.Bill had a sweet and humble spirit and was loved
by many. He was always will to help others. He loved
to dress and wear hats.

Bill was preceded in death by his devoted
companion, Sarah Lee Benson, a son Randolph Mullins,
a daughter, Gloria Mullins, five (5) sisters and four (4)

. brothers.

Bill leaves to mourn: his children,Johnnie
(Sookie), Raymond (Theresa), Larry, Bernard, Wilbert,
Gregory (Helen), Sharon, Denise and Terry; twenty-two
(22) grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren,
