Obituary

William Waters son of the late Robert and Edna Waters, born July 3, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on February 11, 2020 after a lengthy illness. This was five months after his twin sister Mrs. Jean Russell, it seems that hedidn't want to be separated from his twin sister.



Williamreceived his education in Baltimore City Public SchoolSystems.



"BigAl"as he was known to his family and close friends,startedworking at a very young age to adult. Starting out at RoperEastern Products working there thirty years until they went out of business. Continuing on to work for Giant Distribution Center, Al held several positions there ending up being Loading Dock Foreman where he retired after thirtyyears again.



Al loved his family, and most of all he loved God. Al was a true Christian.



Al was proceeded in death by: his father, Robert Waters; mother, Edna Waters; brothers, Robert Waters (Big Joe) and Ellsworth (Jimmy) Waters; sisters, Edna Mae Chapman, Elenora Winston and Jean Russell.



Al is survived by: his youngest brother, Melvin Waters; his loving niece and nephew whom he helped histwinsisterto raiseReNay Todd and Alsonders Waters (His namesake); his loving and devoted companion, Ms. Bertha Cameronandherdaughter, Joy Cameron who was his devoted an dedicated caregiver and a host o f nieces and nephews, otherrelativesand friends.
