William Henry Wilson, son of the late James and Ella Wilson, was born on February 16, 1936 in Granite, Maryland. he departed this life on October 16, 2008 after a lengthy illness. He received his education at Catonsville High School in Baltimore. After high school, William Billy enlisted into the U.S. Marine Corps. Upon discharge from the service, he worked for Baltimore City, from which he retired due to health problems. He was married to late Shirley Wilson. William Billy made numerous friends whereever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He leaves to mourn: his son, Jeffery Wilson; grandchildren, Jayda Wilson and Jayquwne Wilson; sister, Catherine Rogers and Dorothy Simpson; brother, James Wilson Jr; sister-in-law, Kathleen Wilson; devoted niece, Elanora Stewart; devoted nephew, Charles Boone Jr; a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
