Willie Royster entered into eternal life on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 3:30 AM after a lengthy illness at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. God called His servant from labor to his rest. Willie son of the late Sharbut and Inez Carrington Royster was born April 1, 1939. He was the fifth child.

He attended Baltimore City Schools. Willie served in the US Army, he received an honorable discharge.

Willie accepted Christ at an early age at Cherry Hill Baptist Church at Buffalo Junction in Virginia. He lived in New York City at an early age. Willie loved sports, especially football. He also loved music. He was loved by all and was devoted to his family.

Willie worked for a truck driver company for 20 years or more. He had multiple jobs then he retired.

Willie leaves to mourn: one son, Anthony Neal from Bronx, New York; one sister, Magruda Pitts; one brother, Arnold Royster from Baltimore, Maryland; a very devoted niece, Mary Matthews and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends.
