Obituary

On the twenty-first day of September 2016, Winston Lee Petteway heard God declare that it was time for him to occupy a new house. In the presence of Diana and a Heavenly Host, Winston stepped out of this roller coaster we call life, and slipped into the seat of the vehicle, that would ultimately transport him from

Winston was the seventh of eight children born to the late George Henry Petteway, and Charmaine Odessa Petteway-Hickman in Baltimore, Maryland on July 23,1959. At the time of his passing Winston had been employed by Under Amour for more than 10 years. In 2001, Winston met the love of his life, Diana Gaither, and her family be- came his family. Winston was already the father of two daughters: Brittany and Tonia, now he willing embraced the job of being a model for Diana's son Darryl, and became another son for Diana's mother, Mrs. Lorraine Gaither. Winston and Diana shared many things in common: a strong work ethic, a love for family and friends; a fondness for fine clothing and jewelry; and they both liked to travel. When they needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyd
