Yanika Shameea Colbert, daughter of Venice Moore and Leroy Colbert, was born on May 26, 1979, in Baltimore, Maryland She departed this life on December 28,2024.

Yanika received her education in the public schools of Baltimore, Maryland. She was a multi-talented and stylish young lady who loved life. Her love for her brother and her cherished cat, Muffin, was immeasurable- Muffin being her "child" whom she adored fiercely. Yanikas vibrant personality and strength inspired everyone fortunate enough to be in her presence.

She leaves to mourn her loving parents: Venice Moore and Leroy Colbert: her three brothers: Laron Colbert, Kenon Jackson. and William Colbert: and a host of nieces. nephews. cousins. and friends. Yanika was predeceased by her grandparents: Weara Davis, Clarence Davis. Mable Colbert. and William Colbert.

She also leaves behind her uncles: Clarence "Squeakily" Davis, Henry Davis, and her very special uncle Spunky. Yanika cherished her special god-sister: Anya Williams, and her beloved cousin-sister: Odessa Solomon. She is also survived by her special father figure: Joseph Zamerella, and her loving husband-Andre Hall. affectionately known as Scola.

Yanika's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered as a radiant light in the lives of her family and friends.
