Zina Renee Morton, daughter of the late Arlene Morton and Norman McCroey was born on March 11, 2011. "Pookie" received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated with high honors on 1982 from Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School receiving many certificates in business. She started a career with different business through out the years such as Liberty Mutual, City Hall and last Goodwill Industries. She grew up in the Cherry Hill community where she lived for 45 years. She made an enormous amount of friends and everywhere she went people just seemed to gravitate to her. She loved to shop, eat good food, clean up, clean up again and when she was done, she cleaned up a little more. Most of all, she enjoyed gatherings with her family and friends. Her children and grandchildren were her big heart and sense o fhumor which she maintained all the way to the end. She leaves to cherish her emory: Fianc'ee Henry RossGoully: two daughters Derika Johnson and Monica Chamberlin; one son-in-law Lamont Massey; three grandchildren Kendreia nipper, kentrell Massey and Montrell Massey; two sisters Kim Morton and Trina Georgie; three brothers Norman McCroey, Jr. Michael McCroey and Keith McCroey; one brother-in-law Sean Georgie and host of more relatives and friends whome she truly loved.
