Steven Carter. Sr: known to all as Big Steve, was born on January 10,1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the sixth child born to the late James J, and Hazel E. Carter. Steve suddenly departed this life on April 19, 2022.

 

Steve spent his childhood in Baltimore City and received his early education in Baltimore City Public Schools. He had great athleticism and demonstrated his skills as a member of the
